**LëtzMove — Cookie Policy**

This Cookie Policy explains how LëtzMove uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies on its website and client portal.

The website and client portal use, or may use depending on the page and functionality accessed, the following technologies:

**Authentication session**

Used to maintain secure access to the client portal and manage authenticated sessions. Session duration depends on the authentication configuration.

**Cookie preferences — `lm-cookie-consent`**

Designed to remember the visitor's cookie preferences where the cookie-choice feature is used. Its actual storage mechanism and retention period have not been confirmed.

**Language preferences**

May be used to remember the language selected by the visitor. Storage details depend on the functionality used.

**Portal menu preferences — `sidebar_state`**

May remember whether the portal's navigation menu is open or closed. The previously documented duration is up to seven days, subject to the deployed configuration.

**Cloudflare security cookie — `__cf_bm`**

Used for bot detection and protection against automated traffic. Its usual duration is approximately 30 minutes.

**Lovable deployment-routing cookies — `_dpl` / `__dpl`**

Used to direct requests consistently to the same website deployment. According to Lovable Support, these cookies contain a deployment-routing identifier rather than an identifier of the individual visitor. Lovable has not published their exact lifetime.

3. Visitor Analytics

LëtzMove has disabled Lovable Visitor Analytics for its published website and client portal.

The feature is switched off in the project's settings, and a browser network check confirmed that the analytics script was not loading on the page tested.

LëtzMove does not currently use Lovable Visitor Analytics to collect visitor statistics.

If analytics is introduced in the future, the applicable data-protection and cookie-consent requirements will be assessed before activation, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

4. Advertising and marketing cookies

LëtzMove does not currently deploy advertising or marketing tracking cookies through its website.

Any future use of non-essential tracking technologies will be assessed under applicable data-protection and electronic-communications rules, including requirements for prior consent where applicable.

5. Managing cookies

You can manage or delete cookies and browser-storage information through your browser settings.

Disabling certain authentication, security or routing technologies may affect the functionality of the website or client portal. Removing preference storage may reset your saved choices.

Some cookies are used to support security or technical operation. Their legal classification and any applicable consent requirements depend on their actual purpose and implementation.
