Uploading of identity, civil-status, immigration, employment or financial documents through the client portal is not activated. Document storage will only be enabled after a security and GDPR review, with private storage, strict client isolation and defined retention rules.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and thereafter for the periods required by law. Retention periods require confirmation during legal review.
