When should I start my relocation?

As early as possible. Two to three months before your intended arrival gives comfortable time for immigration formalities where applicable, home search and administrative appointments. Shorter timelines can still be organised — we simply prioritise differently.

When should I start looking for accommodation?

The Luxembourg rental market moves quickly and good properties are let fast. We usually begin the active search around six to eight weeks before your intended move-in date, once your budget, area preferences and required documents are clear.

Can LëtzMove guarantee that I will find an apartment?

No. No relocation provider can guarantee a rental outcome, because decisions are taken by landlords and agencies. What we do guarantee is a structured, committed search and full support with screening, viewings, applications and lease coordination.

Do you contact agencies and landlords?

Yes. Within the home-search packages we contact agencies and private landlords on your behalf, present your file and coordinate viewings and applications.

Can you accompany me to viewings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Accompanied viewings are included in the home-search packages. The scope and number of accompanied viewings are confirmed in your individual service proposal.

Can LëtzMove assist with immigration?

Yes — as administrative immigration assistance and coordination. We help you prepare and follow up your administrative file, appointments and formalities. LëtzMove is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

What is the difference between Full Immigration and Arrival Only?

Arrival Only is for clients who already hold the required pre-arrival authorisation or visa, where applicable, and need help completing the Luxembourg arrival process. Full Immigration covers the administrative process from the initial assessment and pre-arrival formalities through to the residence permit steps.

Can you assist my spouse and children?

Yes. The family immigration package covers the main applicant, spouse and up to two dependent children; additional dependants are quoted in your personal proposal.

Can you help with commune registration?

Yes. Commune registration assistance is included in most packages and is also available as a separate à la carte service.

Can you help find a school or crèche?

Yes. We research suitable schools and crèches based on your home location, language preferences and your children's ages, and assist with the enrolment steps.

Can I purchase services individually?

Yes. Our à la carte services can be booked individually if you only need help with specific steps.

How do I pay for the service?

Accepted Answer

50% is due upon signature of the Service Agreement and 50% upon completion of the agreed services, payable within 30 calendar days of the final invoice.

Are government and third-party fees included?

No. Government fees, agency fees, translations, legalisations and other third-party costs are excluded unless expressly stated in your service proposal.
