Terms & Conditions

The services to be provided, their scope and duration are defined in the individual service proposal and Service Agreement signed by the client.

Immigration services consist of administrative assistance and coordination. Government decisions and processing times cannot be guaranteed.

Home-search services consist of search, coordination and application support. No rental outcome can be guaranteed, as decisions are taken by landlords and agencies.

Fees are confirmed in the service proposal and exclude VAT where applicable.

Third-party costs, government fees, translations, legalisations, agency fees and other external charges are excluded unless expressly stated.

50% of the fee is payable upon signature of the Service Agreement.

50% is payable upon completion of the agreed services, within 30 calendar days of the final invoice.

The client agrees to provide accurate information and the required documents in good time. Delays caused by missing documents or third parties are outside LëtzMove's control.

Cancellation conditions, consumer withdrawal rights, liability limits and the applicable law and jurisdiction are to be confirmed in the Service Agreement following legal review.
